Effective Date of Storage Payment

The payment for storage services will become effective and start accumulating from the moment the first drop of petroleum product is injected into the allocated tank. This ensures that our clients are only charged for the actual use of the storage facilities.Unused Storage Tanks

If the allocated storage tanks remain unused, meaning they are "clean and empty" and no petroleum product has been injected, the LESSEE has the right to request a refund.

Refund Request Procedure

Initiating a Refund Request: The LESSEE must formally request a refund by contacting our customer service department. This can be done via email, phone, or through our online portal.

Verification Process: Upon receiving the refund request, Solid Logistics will verify the status of the allocated tanks to confirm that they have remained unused. This involves checking our storage records and conducting a physical inspection if necessary.

Processing the Refund: Once the verification is complete and the unused status is confirmed, Solid Logistics will process the refund promptly. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment or another agreed-upon method.
